Diplomatic Immunity or cowardice of Pakistani Government ?

First there were rumors of US blackwater operating in Pakistan, killing people at will and creating  a chaos by killing some individuals of a religious or ethnic group creating enmity  between them resulting in bloodshed among them. Now that one of the  operator of US  secret agency black water renamed as XE, has been caught red handed killing three
youths on a busy road of Metropolis Lahore, the  coward  generals and shameless government of Pakistan are trying to protect the Killer in the name of diplomatic immunity.

Some people tried to look for the legal position in Wikipedia , which can be altered at any time and is not a reliable source. I tried to find the legal position of the killer on Yahoo Answers Forum, which is a popular
forum to discuss current affairs and political and religious matters. Almost everybody declared in clear words that diplomatic immunity is for minor matters such as  shaking wrong hand or taking spoon wrongly or not
bowing to a president or PM and does not cover serious crimes such as murder. Only an Indian wrote in favor of his American bosses:

The best answer was given by a lady which  is not only  comprehensive but also very convincing and logical:

Diplomatic immunity is intended to protect diplomats from being unfairly persecuted in their posts.  The ordinary crimes that such a person might be protected from are allegations of spying, not bowing down  to a foreign leader or symbol, or unintentional crimes such as traffic violations that are the result of cultural misunderstandings.

Diplomatic immunity was never intended to harbor murderers. If there is sufficient evidence that someone has committed wanton murder, the sponsoring country will almost certainly waive diplomatic immunity for the
individual and allow him to be prosecuted. If the situation is less clear, for example if the diplomat claims that  he was acting in self-defense, the usual procedure is to call him back to his home country and remove his
security clearance and in certain cases try him at home. If violent behavior is repeated, the former charges  will bolster the punishment on the current charge.

Most diplomats are thoroughly screened and have received high government clearance. They receive a great
deal of training and represent millions of government dollars spent. They do not tend to be wanton murderers, although stranger things have happened.

Diplomats should not be above the law nor immune from natural justice. However, diplomats should also not be subject to corruptions of justice or sacrifice their right to personal safety and the guarantee of a fair and speedy trial just because they have chosen to serve their governments abroad.

                                                                                (Written  By :  "S" a 23 year old lady from Ohio )

Will it be correct to assume what a 23 year young lady from Ohio state knows, is not known to legal experts of Pakistan?  I do not think so. It is rather  lack of courage of inept Pakistani political setup and an equally corrupt military leadership. Ordinary people like me are sick and tired of such shameless servitude of Pakistan's military  Junta and timid political leadership and exploring the possibility of an Egypt like revolution. At one hand we see US " bravery  " of firing upon  a sick and weak woman of Pakistani origin (Dr. Afia  Siddiqui) and
sentencing her to imprisonment of 87 years and  at the other submissive attitude of  Pakistan' s  torika.

" Seena biryan, chashm giryan ruh muztar dil kabab
Inqilabe gardish gardune gardan zinda baad ! Inqilab "

( The Chest is injured, eyes are filled with tears and heart has burnt like a kebab , Revolution O Revolution, Revolution from deterioration, decadence and dismay !)
