Pakistan's first female taxi driver

Zahida Kazmi had never thought she would have to become a taxi driver
at the age of 33

Zahida Kazmi, a female resident of Islamabad, Pakistan did not ever
think she would have to become widow at the age of just 33 and to
become a taxi driver. But she had to. The luck and the time can do
anything to anybody.
She became widow and was left with no choice to look after her family
of six children. She bought a yellow can on easy installments by a
government scheme in 90's and start driving smartly to pick the
passengers.
She has travelled all over the Pakistan and passengers feel much happy
and comfortable to travel with her. She say that she loves northern
areas and tribal agencies as the pathans respect women.
